About me

Welcome to my notary services!

My name is Keisha R. Allen, and I’m passionate about providing reliable and compassionate notary services to those in need. 

My journey to becoming a notary began during a deeply personal and transformative moment in my life. When I was in the hospital preparing to welcome my daughter into the world, I faced unexpected complications that left me feeling scared and vulnerable. In that moment of uncertainty, I realized the importance of being prepared for any situation. I wanted to ensure that my wishes were documented, so I quickly created a new living will online. However, when I searched for a notary in the hospital to help finalize my document, I found myself in a frustrating predicament with no one available to assist me.

That experience stayed with me long after I returned home. It opened my eyes to the critical role notaries play in helping individuals navigate important life events, especially during challenging times. I made a promise to myself that I would make it my mission to help others who might find themselves in similar situations, especially mothers who are facing uncertainty during one of the most significant moments of their lives.

As a notary, I am dedicated to providing a supportive and understanding environment for my clients. I want to ensure that everyone has access to the services they need, when they need them, without the stress and hassle I experienced. I am certified by the State of Florida to perform Online Notary for anyone in Florida, the US, or Internationally. I will guide you on navigating the online process, so you can sign and notarize documents from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

I am a Florida Certified Notary Public and an Ordained Minister!

I am able to officiate weddings all over the Tampa Bay area. I will help you tailor-make your perfect wedding. I am also able to connect you with a wedding planner who can design your ideal wedding, commitment ceremony, or vow renewal, any size and any budget. You can choose some of the area’s most beautiful beaches, parks, halls and hotels as well as other wedding vendors for the wedding of your dreams. I also officiate elopements and license signings.

I officiate seven days a week (including on short notice) however my Saturdays fill up quickly. Call or email today to check the availability of your special date and for a free consultation and quote. Let me help you make your ceremony the beautiful and memorable event you want it to be. 

Sample Ceremony Fees

The following are Sample Ceremony Fees. Your fees will be quoted based on your individual needs and requests, as well as time and travel from the Brandon area.

Formal Ceremony

Starting at $300

Includes Officiating Services, phone and email consultations, creating & officiating your customized wedding ceremony in Hillsborough, Hernando, Pasco, Polk, or Pinellas County, and Notarizing your Marriage License.

Rehearsal

Starting at $100

Includes attending and helping with your on-site rehearsal.

Marriage License Signing Only

Starting at $75

Couples only. No ceremony and No guests. This is just to make your marriage legal. I will meet you at your desired location to notarize your marriage license. No vows or ring exchange with this service. Only signing and processing paperwork. I will include a keepsake Marriage Certificate.

Vow Renewal Ceremony

Starting at $150

Celebrate your enduring love by renewing your vows on your anniversary or a special occasion. Whether you're a married couple or in a long-term relationship, this heartfelt ceremony offers a beautiful opportunity to reaffirm your commitment to one another. Together, we will create a personalized and meaningful experience that truly reflects your unique journey and love story. Let's craft the perfect celebration to honor your lasting bond!

Elopement Ceremony

Starting at $175

An intimate ceremony with up to 15 guests. This service includes creating and officiating your customized elopement at your desired location, your choice of a keepsake marriage certificate from my store, and notarizing your marriage license.


*Every wedding package includes a complimentary basic certificate of Marriage or Commitment. For those looking to add a personal touch, explore our selection of beautifully designed certificates available in our store. I will customize your chosen design to ensure it's perfectly tailored for your special day!


**A standard wedding ceremony with 50-100 guests costs $500.
